Printshop d.o.o. from Grgur Budislavića 135, Zadar protects the privacy of its clients and expresses concern for their personal data in pursuance of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation by privacy policy. Printshop d.o.o. undertakes to process personal data exclusively in accordance with the principles of the Regulation by privacy policy.

According to the Regulation, personal data are - all data relating to an individual whose identity has been established or can be established („data subject”), and an individual or data subject as the Regulation calls him, whose identity can be established is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly.

According to the Regulation, processing means - any procedure or set of procedures performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether automated or non-automated means such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, inspection, use, disclosure by transfer, dissemination or otherwise making available, harmonization or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Data Collection

Printshop d.o.o. collects only personal data that the customer enters independently. Data is collected by registering for the use of the web shop and through available web forms for receiving notifications (newsletters), chat applications or contact with employees of Printshop d.o.o. Data collection is necessary for the provision of web shop services, payment and delivery of purchased goods and services, and they are collected based on the terms of use.

By creating and managing an account, data is collected (name, surname, e-mail address, postal code, place, address, telephone number, date of birth)

Information collected when creating an account on the website of Printshop d.o.o. are used in the following ways:
• We use the name, surname, e-mail address to identify the user and re-access the online store.
• We use the e-mail address to contact you in case of unfinished purchase of the product, sending notifications about the availability of the product you want to buy
• We use the name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, place and address to process and track the order, including delivery of the product to the specified address
• We use name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number to manage disagreements regarding the purchase

Due to a better user experience and easier use of our online store, all collected data will be stored for one year from your last use of the user account. After this period, your account will be automatically deleted.

Purpose and Insight

Personal data is used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and will be available to external executors of the processing. External executors are renowned organizations from the EU that Printshop d.o.o. hires to perform externalized functions, namely bookkeeping, equipment hosting, administration, logistics preparation with suppliers and delivery. In addition, based on legal obligations, personal data will be made available to representatives of the competent legal authorities.

Please note that although you have requested deletion, we will only delete data that we do not have to keep based on contractual and legal obligations. Your request will be resolved as soon as possible.

Data Export in Standard Format – at the request of the data subject, we will as soon as possible export all your personal data that we store in xml format, and deliver them to the client by e-mail or mail.
