The Promoshop.hr web site is intended primarily for B2B customers (legal entities and physical persons with a registered company), and all customers owning gift coupon issued by Printshop.hr.
Although there is no minimum purchase amount, for all orders less than 200,00 € + VAT we charge handling costs in the amount of 20,00 € + VAT.
INQUIRIES AND ORDERS
You place your orders in a way that you put the products you are interested in in the cart. Depending on the quantities, the system will calculate the total price for the selected product. After inserting all the desired products and indicating whether you want some additional services such as design, printing, special packaging, etc., in a few simple steps leave your details and our sales representatives will contact you as soon as possible with the final quote. Regular customers and orders with larger quantities can expect pleasant surprises!
Sending an inquiry / order does not oblige you to purchase until the moment of acceptance and payment of the quote. Feel free to use the inquiry system to calculate or create cost estimates for your projects. In case you need assistance contact us.
In the first phase after the launch of the site (summer 2021), some functionalities of the site will not be completed yet, but you can soon expect additional functionalities such as online calculation of the print price, user account with overview of orders and offers, tools for creating cost specifications, PDF printing product specifications, special offers for partners, and many other things...
PRICES
All prices published on the site are subject to valid VAT.
Prices do not include a imprint on the products unless it is emphasized in the product description.
Buyers outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia, in case they have a valid EU tax ID (VAT ID), can order goods without tax, provided that the goods are shipped abroad by us. In case of personal collection of goods, a valid VAT will be charged.
As our system is directly connected to databases and price lists of foreign suppliers, although not often, the prices published on the site are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a price change during the order, all buyers who have issued and valid quotes are protected from price changes for the period indicated in the quote (valid until). By paying for the offer during its validity, you are insured against price changes.
Since promoshop.hr occasionally conducts promotional promotions in the form of additional discounts or free services, they are applied only to orders made at the time of the promotion. It is not possible to retroactively apply an action to an already executed order.
BEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We want to offer the best possible service for our clients at all times. Due to the very large number of items in the database and the harmonization of all input parameters, it may happen that some of the products have a different price than you expected. In case you find an identical product at another supplier from the territory of the Republic of Croatia at a lower price than the one listed on our website, send us a link to that offer and we will try to equalize our price for you, and often more than that!
The BEST PRICE GUARANTEE applies only to the same product and quantity under identical terms of purchase. Special promotions such as “FREE imprint” or discounts on the basic price exclude this possibility!

It is possible to print your logo or other graphic element on each promotional product, while respecting the maximum dimensions of the imprint defined for each product. In the first phase after the release of the system online, each product is marked with all the imprint techniques that are possible for the application and the display of printing prices by certain quantities. In future system upgrades, we plan to enable the option of automatically calculating the cost of the touch depending on the selected technique.
We can also provide a graphic design and preparation service for all customers if you do not have your own production. The price depends on the complexity of the project task and the quantity of the order, but it is usually very competitive.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
The condition of the goods shown on the page is updated at intervals of 6 hours, so minor deviations from the actual availability are possible. If the available quantity of an item is relatively small, please note that customers from all over Europe buy from the same stock and that it is easily possible that the available quantity will quickly be out of stock.
For individual orders, it is possible to make a reservation of goods from 24-72 hours until the confirmation of the offer.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The items shown on our site are in multiple warehouses across the EU, so different delivery times apply for each item. As a rule, for goods ordered without printing (available in stock), delivery times are 5-10 working days from the confirmation of the order. For goods ordered with a imprint, our sales representatives will give you specific deadlines after sending the order.
In case you need shorter delivery times please contact us! There are always goods that are in stock with us, so it is often possible to organize delivery that will satisfy even our most demanding customers!
PAYMENT
Prices stated on the web site are valid for advance payment. Payment is made according to the received quote that you will receive after the online inquiry / order, thus agreeing to the stated conditions.
DELIVERY
Delivery is not included in the price and depends on the size of the order. After receiving and processing your order as part of the offer, you will be offered the price of our delivery. For smaller orders, delivery is 4,00 €, while the largest possible surcharge for delivery is 13,50 € + VAT.
We deliver by the delivery service, which usually delivers the goods the next working day from sending from our address. In the period of high loads of delivery services (big sales, holidays, etc.) or in case of force majeure, a delay from the previously scheduled delivery time is possible. In this case, we do not take responsibility for non-delivery or delays of ordered products.
If you want, you can always organize your own pick up from another delivery service or pick up the goods in person at our address.
WARRANTY AND RETURN
There are no guarantees for promotional items, but as a rule, justified complaints are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. We receive complaints within 7 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods by the delivery service, please inspect and count them immediately. In case the transport packaging is damaged, carefully inspect the contents of the shipment and in case of damage to the goods, please contact us immediately. The complaint must be reported to the delivery service on the same day.
Complaints about received quantities can only be accepted on the day of delivery.
In case of incorrectly ordered goods without printing, a refund is only possible for unopened packages and at your expense. For returned goods, the refund amount is usually reduced by approximately 30% depending on the supplier. Please contact us before returning to examine the best options for you!
Personalized custom products as well as products with a imprint cannot be returned!
